Paul came recommended from a friend who had a new garage door opener installed a couple of years ago. Paul came out and fixed our garage door today. The system is about 25 years old, but Paul didn’t try to upsell us. He said it was an easy fix, and he charged me for one hour of labor, which was how long it took to troubleshoot and fix the problem. When we do need a new motor I will be calling Nor-Cal Overhead Doors. Thanks Paul!

My spring broke on my garage door Monday morning. I called them and they said they could get here Tuesday morning. They arrived on time and installed new springs quickly and professionally. I would recommend Nor-Cal to anyone needing garage door work.

Five stars are not enough for Paul! Paul has repaired my garage door twice in the last 10 years. I use it like a front door so it opens and closes quite a bit. Paul repaired an electric gate for me too! It’s been working great ever since he repaired it. It’s good to know that Paul is there if I need him on the electric gate that I have been troubleshooting it over the years. Now I have a lot less stress because I can call Paul and he comes out ASAP. Paul came out promptly when I called about a broken spring. My garage door opener is 30+ years old. He explained my options and came back 2 days later to install the new opener. I’m very impressed with the quality and promptness of his work. If you need garage door repairs, definitely call Nor-Cal Overhead Doors!

Great guys! Came out and looked at my garage same day. Where as other guys called and never called back or showed up. Had to have my springs replaced and was told for a few more dollars I should upgrade for double the warranty. Garage opens and closes perfect. Thank you I will definitely recommend their services.

The spring broke on our garage door & bent the whole door & frame. It was after hours & a weekend so many places were not open. We called NorCal Overhead door & Paul was happy to assist. He was willing to come out that night after a long day of work but we assured him it was secure until the next morning. Paul came by the next day, evaluated the situation & told us it was a simple repair & that the frame or door didn’t have to be replaced. He was honest & to the point & made sure we didn’t spend more than we needed to for a new door or new opener. Brandon came by to do the repair & was professional & efficient. The door is as good as new & we are happy with the results. Both are definitely experts in their field. We highly recommend this company... Thanks guys!

I called Nor-Cal overheard @ 5:15 pm. Repairman Paul was here and fixed the problem by 6:15 pm. He explained the problem and what it would cost to fix. I would highly recommend their services!

We are repeat customers and Paul has always got the job done for us. This time we had an old opener go out and he was able to get a new one installed within a day. He also was able to work around our work schedules and finish the install on a Saturday morning. He is very responsive and provides great service. I’ve got him on speed dial.

I called to get our garage door fixed and I got a response right away. I was able to secure an appointment for the following morning. Paul and his helper were very knowledgeable, professional and fixed the problem expeditiously. They cleaned after themselves and disposed of all broken parts. Our garage door spring broke in two pieces. Called Nor Cal and spoke with Paul. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and Paul came out to repair the door’s spring. After watching him repair the door, we would’ve never been able to repair it regardless of how easy it looked on YouTube. Paul was polite and courteous. The repair wasn’t cheap, however the expertise that went into the repair seemed reasonable for the price.

Great Service, I needed 2 panels replaced and got a whole new door and couldn’t be happier. Great customer service and prompt.

We were so impressed with Paul’s work! He gave us very good advice on what components to include with our replacement garage door and opener, and also advised what not to include (even though that meant the total bill would be less!). Paul and his brother, Robert, even arrived to install the door earlier than initially expected, and they worked diligently to complete our new door despite the hot temperatures that day. The new door and opener is everything we hoped for - quiet, insulated, and includes a motion-sensor light. They did excellent work and in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure dealing with Nor Cal Overhead Doors, and we will highly recommend them to our family and friends!!

We had our car broken into and our garage remote was stolen. Sunday we called to have them reset all of our remotes and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! Paul you’re No. 1 in our book. I’d recommend them to anyone!

They were able to come out the same day and fix our garage door. Very friendly too. 4 out of 5 only because they were a bit pricey compared to the last time we had a garage door guy out.

These guys are second to none, they have been servicing my garage door for years I have an old garage door opener and they keep it running for me... My 32 year old garage door was a mess. The springs were broken and although my garage door opener was working, the door was way to heavy to open. Another company wouldn’t touch it. Fortunately, I found Norcal Overhead Doors. Paul, who is the owner of the business, came to my home and with his expertise, had my garage door working in a very short time. Not only is he professional, he was also a pleasure to meet. Friendly, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Norcal Overhead Doors.

Had some issues with my garage and found Paul on yelp. He came out the same day that I called him and was able to fix my garage immediately. He communicated with me very well an explained to me in detail what needed to be fixed and also gave me a great price. I would definitely continue to use Paul for any other garage door issues.

I accidently left a pole in the way of garage door coming down and tweaked the door. I found Paul online with good reviews and decided to call him. He came out within an hour, on a Sunday, fixed the door, and also installed new rollers. Then he gave us some recommendations on our door. Great person and very reasonably even for a sunday. We will be using him again, if we have anymore garage door problems. Highly recommend Paul.

Late last Friday afternoon, our garage door wouldn’t come down and close. I had to find someone who would come and get the door safely closed for the night. Luckily I called Nor Cal and Paul said he would come as soon as he finished another job. When he came he checked the situation, got the door closed, and finished fixing everything - perfectly - during the weekend. Besides being an expert at fixing overhead door problems, he is a very nice, reliable, honest person. Every moment he was taking care of fixing our garage door was a pleasure.
